What does Waypoint actually do?
We build fixed-price automation systems for small and mid-size businesses: missed-call text-back, instant lead follow-up, scheduling, CRM workflows, onboarding sequences, reporting dashboards, and private AI systems — all shipped with documentation and full ownership handed to you.
Do you build AI systems or just automations?
Both. We build traditional workflow automations as well as private AI systems — chatbots, lead-qualification flows, and private AI builds that run on your own infrastructure. AI is treated as a tool inside a workflow, not a replacement for one.
Can you work with my existing tools and CRM?
Yes. We integrate with your current stack whenever possible and recommend changes only when they clearly help. We connect through each tool's official login — we never hold your passwords.
Pricing & ownership
How much does it cost?
Quick Fix is $2,000 for one workflow; Build Sprint is $4,500 for three workflows plus a pipeline foundation. Ongoing support is optional from $1,000/month. Private AI builds range from $2,500 to $50,000+. A free audit confirms the right scope before anything is agreed in writing.
Do I own what you build?
Yes — client ownership is explicit in the written agreement, not just marketing copy. You own the workflows, the AI, and the documentation, and there's no vendor lock-in.
Are there retainers or hourly billing?
No. Builds are fixed-price. Support is optional and month-to-month, and you can leave whenever it makes sense.
Process, timeline & security
How long does a build take?
A scoped workflow is typically targeted for launch within about 10 business days when required access and approvals are available. Third-party approval timelines — such as carrier SMS registration — can extend that target.
Is my customer data safe?
Security is the default. We use official-login (OAuth) connections and least-privilege access, every external action passes a code-enforced approval gate, and AI can run on your own hardware so your data stays where you control it.
Do you guarantee results?
We target a launch window and document everything, but we don't guarantee revenue, lead volume, or conversion — any refund or credit is stated in the written project agreement.
